What to Expect on Sunday Morning

Our Sunday morning Worship Service is at 9:45am we offer a family friendly blended service featuring aspects a traditional Methodist service while incorporating contemporary music along with traditional hymns. The general flow of the service is as follows; preservice music, welcome, liturgy, music, children’s time, offering, scripture, message, communion (when offered), and closing. We encourage children to remain in the worship experience and participate as much as possible.

In each pew you will find a Friendship Folder, please fill out your contact information or note if you would like the pastor to follow up.

Where to Park & Enter

Our main parking lot extends to the west, past our main entrance to the building. Overflow parking is in the dirt parking lot to the north-east of the building. The main entrance to the building features a large portico that faces the south. The building is fully handicapped accessible with no steps. When you arrive, you’ll likely see greeters and ushers near the entrance or near the information desk.

What About Kids?

We offer many activities for children during worship:

  • Noisy Offering, the children collect coins from those attending the service during the offertory time. (currently, funds are going to our playground project).
  • Children’s Moment, join Pastor Jim for a short lesson geared to the youngest in our Faith Family.
  • Percussion Instruments, choose an instrument to play during the praise music.
  • Children’s Nook offers quiet toys, books and coloring/activity sheets within the sanctuary.
  • Discovery Zone, during our worship service children are invited to attend a short children’s lesson with a craft.
  • Nursery room, we offer a beautiful nursery just across from the sanctuary which features a speaker and large window for parents to feel part of the worship experience as they attend to children that may need a break for a time.

After the Service

Everyone is invited to stay following the service for Fellowship Time. We gather just across from the Sanctuary in the Fellowship Hall.

Treats vary week to week. You can expect anything from Coffee & donuts or homemade bars/cookies/pies to full meals depending on what’s planned for that Sunday.
