Children & Families

GROW in Love of God and Neighbor

There are many opportunities within our church to GROW. Grow along with us! All of our groups are open to newcomers.

Children & Families

We encourage children to remain in the worship experience and participate as much as possible. We offer many activities for children during worship:

  • Noisy Offering, the children collect coins from those attending the service during the offertory time. (currently, funds are going to our playground project).
  • Children’s Moment, join Pastor Jim for a short lesson geared to the youngest in our Faith Family.
  • Percussion Instruments, choose an instrument to play during the praise music.
  • Children’s Nook offers quiet toys, books and coloring/activity sheets within the sanctuary.
Young Families Group

This is a developing group, under new leadership which was prompted by our increasing number of young families and expectant mothers. Watch for details about meetings and activities on our website, Facebook, & Instagram pages.

Mom’s Group

Join fellow moms for fun activities. This group meets a few times per year, watch our website, Facebook, & Instagram pages for the next get together.

Discovery Zone

During our worship service children are invited to attend a short children’s lesson with a craft following the Children's Noisy Offering.

Nursery

We offer a beautiful nursery just across from the sanctuary which features a speaker and large window for parents to feel part of the worship experience as they attend to children that may need a break from the service for a time.

Children’s Sabbath

This service is held annually during the fall at our normal Sunday worship time. The entire service is geared toward the youngest in our Faith Family.
